Therefore, if you receive an item that is damaged during shipment or arrives in a condition that is beneath our quality standards, I will be more than happy to replace that item at no additional cost to you.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?



To complete an order after you have finished filling your shopping cart, click the "Cart" button at the very top of this page. You will be taken to the Cart page, where you may review all the items you are ordering. On the Cart page, you may increase or decrease the quantity of each item or remove items from your shopping cart. From there, you may continue shopping on the website or proceed to the Checkout section, where you can quickly and easily complete your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not totally crazy about your recent purchase, please ship it back for an exchange only (no refunds). I will accept your merchandise in its original condition within 15 days after the date of delivery of your order. After I receive your returned goods, please allow 5 to 14 business days to receive your exchanged items (international customers, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange).

If you receive a damaged or defective item (including sale items), please contact me. I will replace the item(s) at no additional cost. Before returning any defective or damaged items, please remember to contact (via email) me first.
